What is the Promotion about?
Revolut is offering its existing Revolut Personal customers residing in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for a chance to win 2 VIP tickets to the Primavera Sound 2025 Festival in Barcelona, which consists of 2 full pass tickets (from 4 June 2025 till 8 June 2025), access to the pit of the main stage (subject to capacity) and to an exclusive area with privileged views of the stage, (the “Prize Giveaway”).
All costs associated with the Prize Giveaway that are not expressly listed as part of the Prize Giveaway above, such as travel costs, are not covered by this Promotion and must be borne by the winner. The winner themself is responsible for any and all applicable travel formalities (e.g., valid passport, visa etc.).
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. You must comply with both these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.
To take part in this Promotion, you must be an Eligible Participant and complete the Required Steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 00:00 UTC 23 May, 2025 and 23:59 UTC 25 May, 2025. We call this the “Promotion Period”.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must be an existing Revolut Personal customer or become a Revolut Personal customer by the end of the Promotion Period, residing in an Eligible Market, and complete the “Required Steps” below during the Promotion Period:
- Follow @revolutapp on Instagram (if you haven’t already).
- Like and comment on the post that invites you to enter this Promotion (the “Eligible Post”). Your comment may not be abusive, offensive or damaging.
- Your comment must tag a friend and your tag must include your friend’s Instagram handle.
How will we decide who is the winner?
Within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we will include the Revolut usernames of all Eligible Participants in the Prize Draw, and we will randomly select one Eligible Participant as the winner.
If you are the winner, we will notify you via Instagram direct message (“DM”) from our @revolutapp Instagram account, requesting you to provide the information listed in the “How do I receive the Prize Giveaway?” section below.
You will have 2 business days from the time we initially reach out to you to accept the Prize Giveaway. If you do not respond, fail to provide all of the requested information within this time period and/or if the information you provided us with does not allow us to identify your Revolut account, we will not be able to award you the Prize Giveaway and we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner. In that case, you will forfeit all rights to the Prize Giveaway and you will not be entitled to any kind of compensation.
If, within 5 business days of contacting you to tell you that you have won, we realise that you no longer meet the criteria to be considered an Eligible Participant, we will be unable to award you the Prize Giveaway and we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.
Each Eligible Participant who is selected as a winner will have the same amount of time to accept the Prize Giveaway.
Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding.
How do I receive the Prize Giveaway?
We will reach out to you via Instagram from @revolutapp account and will ask you to provide us with your email address and Revolut Personal account details (your full name, Revolut Revtag, country of residence and delivery address) so we can identify you and send the Prize Giveaway to you.
The Prize Giveaway will be sent to the winner within 5 to 10 business days after providing their details.
What other legal information should I know?
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice via DM from our @revolutapp Instagram account. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
- If your comment on the Eligible Post is abusive, offensive or damaging, you will not be considered an Eligible Participant.
- This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.
- To be eligible for this Prize Giveaway, you must have an active Personal account (meaning that your account is not restricted, suspended, or closed) throughout the Promotion and at the time we are due to award you the Prize Giveaway.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unpredictable and external event outside of its control, which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that the Prize Giveaway may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are a tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving the Prize Giveaway. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving the Prize Giveaway as part of this Promotion.
- If we confirm you are a winner of the Prize Giveaway, you are only entitled to the Prize Giveaway itself - you cannot ask us to provide you with the monetary value of the Prize Giveaway or ask us to exchange it for another product instead.
- Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
- These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail over the English version and be used in legal proceedings (please refer to the below table to determine which language prevails).
This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, the applicable laws, the prevailing language and the courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
