This Contract Summary is provided by Revolut Ltd as agent on behalf of the provider 1GLOBAL Operations (Netherlands) B.V., Proostwetering 41, 3543 AC, Utrecht or its group companies (each “1GLOBAL”) depending on your country of residence. The respective 1GLOBAL entity providing the service in your country of residence is set out in 1GLOBAL’s Terms of Service. A full list of 1GLOBAL entities and addresses is available at the end of this document.
Complaints in respect of eSIM Data Plans bought through the Revolut app may be submitted via the Revolut in-app Support.

Services
Prepaid eSIM Data Plan (mobile internet access) for a fixed duration of less than one month.
Speeds of the internet service and remedies
The speed will be determined by the network on which the customer is roaming, and 1GLOBAL will not limit the speed that the customer enjoys.

Mobile internet speeds can be affected by external factors which are outlined in 1GLOBAL’s Terms of Service.
In the event of any continuous or regularly recurring disruption in service you may be entitled to a price reduction or such other remedy as provided by mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
Price
The total price (incl. VAT) for your chosen eSIM Data Plan will be transparently displayed in the Revolut app prior to purchase.
We do not levy any additional charges beyond this amount. These charges are not recurring.
Duration, renewal and termination
The validity period (between 7 to 30 days) for your chosen eSIM Data Plan will be transparently displayed in the Revolut app prior to purchase.
If you have opted into auto-renew, your eSIM Data Plan will auto-renew for up to 90 days or 4 renewals (whichever comes first), if you run out of data before your plan expires.
If you’d like to cancel your Agreement, you can do so at no cost during the cooling-off period, which is 14 days of entering the Agreement without giving any reason. If you have commenced the use of the Services within 14 days of entering the Agreement (i.e. during the cooling off period), you will be taken to have explicitly requested that we provide the Services. In that case, we will provide to you a refund of the proportionate value of the unused Services (where less than 500MB usage) if you terminate the Services within that 14-day period.
