What is this Promotion about?

What: The opportunity to receive a 3-month free trial of the ChatGPT Go subscription plan (the Free Trial), subject to the terms below.
Who: Existing Standard or Plus Plan Revolut Personal customers who have opted in to receive marketing communications from Revolut (where required in your country) and who reside in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan or Singapore (together, the Markets), and who have completed the Required Step set out below before the end of the Promotion Period.
When: This promotion will run from 30 July 2026 (00:00 UTC) to 29 July 2027 (23:59 UTC) (the Promotion Period). You must complete the Required Step before the end of the Promotion Period.
Important note: On the expiry of the Free Trial, your ChatGPT Go subscription plan will auto-renew at the standard monthly rate and you will be charged by the Partner. To avoid unwanted charges, you should cancel at least 24 hours before the billing date at the end of the Free Trial directly with the Partner.

These Promotion Terms set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms as well as the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

Eligibility and Required Step

To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

have a registered address in any of the Markets;
have received an invitation to participate in this promotion;
not have an active ChatGPT subscription or have been a ChatGPT subscriber at any point during the preceding three (3) months;
be at least 18 years old;
have a Standard or Plus Revolut subscription plan

The Required Step is:

Follow the unique invitation link for the promotion: This link will be shared by Revolut through one of the allowed methods of communications (email, push notification, in-app banner, or inbox message). This link will redirect you to the ChatGPT redemption flow. To redeem your ChatGPT Go Free Trial, follow the instructions in-app.

How do I start my ChatGPT Go Free Trial?

If you are eligible, you may complete the Required Step within the Promotion Period to claim your ChatGPT Go 3-month Free Trial.

Once you click on “View my benefits” in one of the relevant communications you will be redirected to the ChatGPT redemption flow in the Revolut app. Once you click on “Go to ChatGPT”, you will be redirected to the ChatGPT website, where you will be instructed to either create a new ChatGPT account or log in to your existing account; afterwards your promotional code will be automatically recognised at checkout. If your promotional code is not recognised at checkout for any reason, or at checkout the expected price is not shown, do not complete the purchase and instead contact the OpenAI customer support with screenshots and details at support@openai.com or on their help center.

Please note that the Free Trial will not be available to you if you already have an active ChatGPT subscription at the time of redeeming the unique code from Revolut or have had one at any point in the previous 3 months.

Please note that by registering on the Partner's website, you are entering into a separate agreement for the provision of services with the Partner in accordance with the Partner's terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these terms and any charge information that is applicable to your ChatGPT Go account at the end of the Free Trial period.

What happens when the Free Trial ends?

Your ChatGPT Go 3-month Free Trial will automatically convert into a paid ChatGPT Go subscription at the Partner's standard monthly rate. Charges are billed directly by the Partner. If you do not want to be charged at the end of your Free Trial, you should cancel through your account with the Partner at least 24 hours before your first billing date.

Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change or end the promotion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that it’s being abused or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We may suspend or end the promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis. Any issues? Contact Support in the Revolut app.
Changes or early end	If we need to change, suspend or end the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will tell you about this in the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). If you have already participated in the promotion, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, any changes to these Promotion Terms won’t affect you unless required by applicable law. Please contact our Support team if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the promotion that has not been awarded to you due to the change, early suspension, or termination.
Fraud or rule-breaking	We might not let you participate in this promotion if any of the following applies: you have not successfully completed the Required Step, you engage in fraud or material abuse of this promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception, or by providing false information), you breach these Promotion Terms or the Revolut Personal Terms, and that breach directly affected the award of the Free Trial. If the Free Trial has already been granted to you, we may cancel the unique code.
Account closed or restricted	To receive the Free Trial, you must have an active Revolut Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) at the time you redeem the Free Trial and throughout the Free Trial period.
Data & Privacy	We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account. The Partner may also collect personal data or send marketing to you in connection with this promotion. See Open AI's privacy notice for more details about how the Partner will handle your personal data.
No Substitution	Subscriptions are non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products with Revolut or the Partner.
Liability	You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of ChatGPT Go is not provided by Revolut. Your use of ChatGPT Go is governed exclusively by the separate terms, privacy policy, and pricing provided by the Partner, and Revolut is not a party to that agreement. We are liable to you in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Exclusions	Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of Revolut group entities are not eligible for this promotion.
Language	These Promotion Terms are made available in English and may be translated to other languages. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Revolut Personal account.
