Business Acquiring New Location Promotion

What is the promotion about?

As part of the Acquiring New Location Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering its existing Business customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Cyprus, Belgium, Finland and Luxembourg (the “Eligible Markets”) who have opened or will open a new shop or a shop in a new location (in the past three months), the opportunity to receive a 50% reimbursement of the cost of their Business Acquiring Products (Revolut Reader or Revolut Terminal) based on their Monthly Processed Volumes (“MPV”) (the “Promotional Reimbursement”):

These terms (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Business terms that apply to your Revolut Business account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

The Promotion will run from 00:01 UTC on 3rd March 2025 to 23:59 UTC on 31st May 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

The opt-in period will run from 00:01 UTC on 3rd March 2025 to 23:59 UTC on 11th April 2025 (the “Opt-in Period”): you need to register for the Promotion and purchase your Business Acquiring Products during the Opt-in Period.

What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?

To be an Eligible Participant for this Promotion, you must meet the following Eligibility Criteria:

• have never received a payment through any of the following “Business Acquiring products”: Revolut Reader or Revolut Terminal;
• have a registered address in any of the Eligible Markets;
• receive a communication from us, inviting you to participate in this Promotion; and
• be able to prove that you recently opened your new shop or a shop in a new location (in the past three months) or are about to open by submitting any supporting documentation (e.g. new lease agreements, website communications, social media post, etc) in the Promotion registration from (sent by us in a communication).

To take part in the Promotion, you must also complete the following Required Steps within the Opt-In Period:

• Fill in the Promotion registration form sent in our communication and upload supporting documentation to prove that you recently opened your new or shop in a new location ;
• Read the terms and conditions and understand what you could qualify for based on your MPV;
• Purchase your preferred device (based on your eligibility and expected MPV).

The volume you process in the 30 days after the delivery of your devices and before the end of the Promotion Period) will be used to determine your eligibility for the Promotional Reimbursement.

How do I get Promotional Pricing?

Eligible Participants that complete the Required Steps will benefit from the Promotional Reimbursement as follows:

• 50% of the value of the purchased Eligible hardware will be credited to your Revolut Business account within 7 business days; and
• The processing fees for all transactions processed through the Revolut Terminal or the Revolut Reader during the first 30 days after delivery of the devices (purchased during the Opt-In Period) will be credited to your Revolut Business account. This reimbursement will happen within 7 business days after the end of each month contained in the promotion period (i.e. after the end of April 2025 and after the end of May 2025).

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the Promotion Period ends, we’ll give you notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms do not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
2. If you close your Revolut Business account or we suspend or restrict your account before you were due to benefit from the Promotional Reimbursement, you will not receive it.
3. Revolut will assess the supporting documentation provided by you as proof of your new shop or new location and Revolut will in its sole discretion decide whether or not it is acceptable proof for the purposes of this Promotion. If it is not acceptable you will not be entitled to the Promotional Reimbursement.
4. Events beyond the control of Revolut may also occur that render the awarding of the Promotional Reimbursement as part of this Promotion impossible. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
5. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of the Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances

7. Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Revolut Business Customer Privacy Notice.
8. These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy translation only. This means you cannot derive any rights from any translated version and only the English version can be used in legal proceedings.
