What is this Promotion about?
As part of this launch offer (the "Promotion”), Revolut is offering its customers based in Hungary an additional local ATM cash withdrawal allowance on top of the global ATM allowance already included in their respective Revolut subscription plan.
The Promotion will run from 00:00 (CEST) on 10 June 2026 until 23:59 (CEST) on 31 August 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). However, please note that the underlying benefits will be operationally applicable to eligible customers starting from 1 July 2026.
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) govern the rules of this Promotion. By participating, you agree to comply with these Promotion Terms as well as the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut personal account at all times.
This Promotion is organized and brought to you by Revolut Bank UAB (a company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania with company number 304580906 and whose registered office and head office is at Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08105 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania) (“Revolut Bank”) and Revolut Bank UAB Hungarian Branch Office (a branch office incorporated in Hungary and registered with the Court of Registration of the Metropolitan Tribunal under company registration number 01-17-001372 and with the Hungarian National Bank (MNB) under number 28989691 and whose registered seat is at 8 Szervita tér, 1052 Budapest, Hungary, being the Hungarian branch of Revolut Bank (the “Hungarian Branch”).
What do I have to do to participate in the Promotion?
The Promotion is automatically available to all Revolut Bank and Hungarian Branch customers who hold a registered residential address in Hungary. No further opt-in action is required. The Promotion applies to natural persons holding a personal account only.
Benefits of the Promotion
To celebrate the official launch of our Hungarian Branch, participants who meet the eligibility criteria will receive an additional ATM cash withdrawal allowance. Specifically, we will add an allowance of up to 300,000 HUF across a maximum of two (2) withdrawals per month at any domestic ATM, on top of the standard ATM cash withdrawal allowance of your current subscription plan.
This Promotion is provided voluntarily by Revolut as a goodwill benefit. It does not constitute a statutory entitlement, does not register or designate Revolut in the statutory central register of fee-free withdrawals, and does not affect any statutory fee-free withdrawal designation you may hold with another payment service provider.
This promotional allowance applies automatically to eligible customers during the Promotion Period only. Once the promotional allowance is exhausted, or once the Promotion Period ends, your standard plan limits and fees will apply.
Third-party ATM operator fees
The fee-free treatment under this Promotion relates only to fees that Revolut would otherwise charge for the cash withdrawal. It does not cover fees charged by the operator of the ATM.
Some ATM operators in Hungary apply their own surcharge or access fee for withdrawals. These third-party fees are charged by the ATM operator at the point of withdrawal, are outside Revolut's control, and are not waived, covered or reimbursed under this Promotion. They may apply even where your withdrawal falls within the promotional allowance. Where such a fee applies, the ATM should display it on screen before you confirm the withdrawal; we recommend you review any on-screen fee notice before completing the transaction.
What other legal information should I know?
- This Promotion is organized and offered jointly by Revolut Bank and the Hungarian Branch.
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Promotion earlier than the scheduled end date if we detect abuse, or if the Promotion negatively impacts Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may exercise this right on an individual customers basis or promotion-wide.
- If we change, suspend, or terminate the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will provide notice via the same channels used to announce the Promotion, or directly through the Revolut app and/or email. Any changes to these Promotion Terms will not retroactively affect your rights if you have already qualified for the benefit. Please contact Support via the in-app chat if you believe you qualify for a promotional benefit that was not awarded due to early suspension or termination.
- These Promotion Terms are published in both English and Hungarian. In the event of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
- To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania in respect of Revolut Bank customers and the laws of Hungary in respect of Hungarian Branch customers. The migration of the Hungarian customer portfolio from Revolut Bank (Lithuanian entity) to the Hungarian Branch is currently ongoing. Once the migration is completed, existing Revolut Bank customers will become Hungarian Branch customers. From the moment of the migration, the laws of Hungary shall apply to said migrated Hungarian Branch customers.
