If your card deposit failed, please select the failed transaction in the app to identify the reason.
Common reasons for a card deposit to fail include:
- Incorrect card details entered (expiration date, CVC, postal/ZIP code is incorrect, etc)
- Insufficient funds in your bank account
- A technical issue with your bank, such as an authentication (3DS) failure. In this case, we recommend double-checking with your bank to see if they are currently experiencing any issues with user authentications
Please allow some time before attempting to top-up again. If you are still unsuccessful, try to add money via Apple/Google Pay, another bank card or a bank transfer.
