We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join our word-class team we're creating to steer the company through the next phase of growth 📈

You'll be the commercial brain of the company, driving Revolut’s business planning process, identifying and measuring growth and profitability initiatives and acting as a strategic partner to key product and regional Heads of Departments.

What you’ll be doing

• Heading the Financial Planning and Analysis team and reporting to the CFO in Mexico
• Leading strategic and financial planning processes (monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget, and long-range plan) in Mexico
• Assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisation
• Building and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analyses
• Helping department owners and the Leadership team by developing frameworks to gain deep insights into revenue and margins across customer segments and products while comparing performance to other regions
• Identifying, driving, and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new products and regions, etc.

What you'll need

• Experience in business planning, financial insights, and business cases
• Solid quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis using tools such as SQL and MS Excel
• Robust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
• A track record of delivering impressive results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in retail banking
