I don't recognise a payment from my account

In a situation where you don't recognise a card payment, please 'Freeze' it straight away in the 'Cards' tab either in the mobile app or the web interface (if you're the account owner or one of it's administrators).

Afterward, take a look at your transactions history and see if you have any other payment made to that merchant in the past and whether you recognise them.

If you don't, please contact one of our support agents through our Business Support chat.

Please note, it can take up to 30 days for Visa transactions and up to 45 days for MasterCard transactions for your dispute to be finalised once it is raised by our Chargeback Team.
