Why are you cancelling all Pay per day policies?

If you currently have a Pay per day policy, you will have received an e-mail from us on 30th November confirming that we are cancelling your policy on 30th January 2022. We are passionate about delivering the best customer service and there have been some problems with this product, and so we have taken the tough decision to cancel it. If you still require insurance, then you can upgrade to either a premium or metal account and get it included as part of that, or you will need to make alterative arrangements.
