For standard card deliveries, please proceed to the 'Cards' Tab and select the relevant card to view the estimated delivery date.
If your card was sent via priority delivery, you will be able to track the card delivery. Simply proceed to the 'Cards' tab and select the relevant card to view the tracking information.
If someone else (e.g. neighbours or a family member) could have accepted the delivery on your behalf, please check with them in case the estimated delivery date has passed and your card hasn't arrived.
If you are still unable to locate your card, you can order a free replacement through the app. Go to the 'Cards' tab and select the card which has not been delivered. Click ‘Track Delivery’ and then click the ‘reorder’ button. Please double-check the delivery address provided for the replacement card is correct.
