What is this promotion about?
- What: Be entered into a prize draw (the Prize Draw) for a chance to attend the Madrid Race, corresponding to two entries valued at €660 each (the Prize).
- Who: Existing and new Revolut Personal customers residing in Spain (the Market) who complete the Required Step(s) below.
- When: The promotion will run between 14 August 2026, 00:00 UTC and 3 September 2026, 23:59 UTC (the Promotion Period). You must complete the Required Steps before the end of the Promotion Period.
These Promotion Terms set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms as well as the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
Eligibility and required steps
To be an Eligible Participant for this promotion, you must:
- have a registered address in the Market,
- If you’re a new Revolut customer, not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity,
- If you’re an existing Revolut customer, be an active Revolut Personal customer with no restrictions on your account,
- be at least 18 years old.
The Required Steps are:
If you’re an Existing customer, you must complete the following Required Steps:
1. Login at the Revolut ATM via the QR code you see displayed on screen. This link will allow you to log in into your account using your Revolut app; and
2. Make at least 3 cash withdrawals from Revolut ATMs in Spain of €100 or more each during the promotion period, using the QR code present in the ATM screen to login rather than inserting a physical card.
If you’re an New Customer, you must complete the following Required Steps:
1. Successfully open a Revolut Personal Account
a) through the QR code displayed in the Revolut ATM; or
b) through your Revolut app
completing the Know your Customer (KYC) checks before the end of the Promotion Period,
2. Login at the Revolut ATM via the QR code you see displayed on screen. This link will allow you to login into your account using your Revolut app; and
3. Make at least 3 cash withdrawals from Revolut ATMs in Spain of €100 or more each during the promotion period, using the QR code present in the ATM screen to login rather than inserting a physical card.
How does my entry to the prize draw work?
Within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we’ll randomly select one winner from all Eligible Participants who have completed the Required Steps.
If you’re the winner, we’ll let you know via the email address registered to your Personal account. You’ll have 48 hours from the time we contact you to accept the Prize and provide us with any requested information. If you don’t respond to us within this time, your entry will be void and we’ll randomly select another winner.
If we realise you’re no longer eligible for this promotion after we have contacted you, we won’t be able to give you the Prize, and will randomly select another winner.
Note: the winner has 48 hours to respond to communicate his acceptance. Failure to to do will lead to us attributing the Prize to another to another winner
Once the winner communicates their acceptance, we will arrange for the Prize and necessary details to be sent via email prior to the race day.
Unless stated in the Prize description, the Prize does not include any related costs such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses involved in claiming, receiving or using the Prize. If you win, you'll be responsible for those costs
Any travel, accommodation or event arrangements you or your guest book yourselves are at your own risk; we recommend travel insurance and are not responsible for self-arranged bookings, scheduling, costs or liabilities.

Promotion abuse or misuse | We may suspend, change or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if it’s being abused or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. Changes or early end | If the promotion changes or ends early but has not been withdrawn, we will tell you this in the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms and conditions won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it. |
Fraud or rule-breaking | If you breach the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account, these Promotion Terms, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Prize. By proceeding, you authorise and consent to any such reversal in advance. |
Account closed or restricted | To receive any Prize, you must have an active Revolut Personal account (not closed, suspended or restricted) at the time you are due to receive the Prize. |
Tax in Spain | If you are a resident of Spain, any prize is subject to Personal Income Tax. We are legally required to withhold 19% tax from your prize before giving it to you. For your tax return, you must declare the prize's total value (the advertised prize plus the 19% we withheld). You can then deduct the withheld amount from your tax liability. |
No prize substitution | If you win the Prize Draw, you’re only entitled to the Prize itself. You can’t request its cash equivalent or swap it for something else. However, if the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control, we will pay you a cash equivalent. |
Data & Privacy | We will process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account. |
Exclusions | Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of Revolut group entities are not eligible for this promotion. |
Language | These terms and conditions are published in English and Spanish. The Spanish language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The Spanish version shall be used in any legal proceedings. |
