I haven't received my one-time-password (OTP) for my qualified e-signature

Occasionally, the one time password (OTP) request isn't received by our provider. You can submit a new request by clicking on a tile on the home screen with “Accept terms & conditions”, navigate through the terms, click on agree and move to the screen where an OTP will be generated on your mobile to issue QES. If the problem persists, please chat to us. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
