In the event of a No Deal Brexit, we have set up a licensed entity in the EEA (Revolut Payments UAB) to continue providing services to all customers based in the EEA.
This means that regardless of the outcome of Brexit, you will continue to have your account with Revolut if you are based in the EEA. The funds in your account will be safeguarded at a Tier 1 European Bank.
As a result of moving you to our new European entity, we will be releasing new terms and conditions and we will give prior notice through emails and the app if these are applicable to you.
Unfortunately, if you are based in the EEA and submitted your driving licence during the verification process, you will need to submit your passport or national ID as due to local laws our European entity cannot legally accept a driver’s licence as a valid form of ID.
