I set-up the integration but don't see any transactions in FreeAgent. What happened?

There could be several reasons for this. If you can’t see any error messages in the FreeAgent integration settings page and the ‘Automatic Synchronisation’ is enabled, it means that your synchronisation is in the queue and it will be executed in a few hours. Also, please be aware that we only post completed transactions to FreeAgent (not pending).
