About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. We're looking for a People Experience Specialist to ensure that our people are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment 💫 Someone who'll work with our global team to help build and maintain a world-class employee experience for all Revoluters. What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting People Experience team to deliver KPIs
  • Working with the Senior Management team within People Experience to build out processes and procedures to improve employee satisfaction
  • Working on team projects to improve employee engagement in identified focus areas
  • Managing the end to end process for the recognition programme
  • Auditing regularly the recognition programme
  • Creating solutions to enhance user experience
  • Implementing cost reduction ideas
  • Liaising with external vendors, with local people experience teams worldwide to ensure speedy delivery of services
  • Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
  • Assisting with coordination and delivery of global onboarding

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across different personality types and departments
  • Passion for company culture and employee engagement
  • Track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex social dynamics amongst employees
  • Ability to see the ‘big picture’ of how people and culture fit into the company’s overall business strategy and goals
  • Experience of building successful relationships, in advising business leaders and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience developing key success measures that drive impact
  • Joy of helping others
  • Ability to explain complex things very easily
  • Ability to be on site 3 days per week, in one of our offices in Vilnius or Barcelona, subject to location of hire
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Start-up / Tech Industry / Financial Services experience
  • CIPD Qualification
  • Experience in a MNC / international team
  • Working knowledge of local employment law and HR Practices

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €2,100 - €3,300 gross monthly*
  • Lithuania: €2,100 - €3,300 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
