What is this promotion about?
Revolut is offering an exclusive opportunity to eligible individuals residing in Germany to take part in the Revolut x NBA Games 2026 Fan zone Promotion (the “Promotion”). Please see more information on eligibility below.
The Promotion allows Eligible Participants to be entered into a competition for a chance to win the following prizes (collectively referred to as the “Prizes”):
- “Rookie” Prize: NBA x Revolut Enamel Metal Key Ring
- “All Star” Prize: NBA x Revolut Canvas Tote Bag which houses the following:
- (In Tote Bag) Co-branded Wireless Power Bank
- (In Tote Bag) Co-branded Slim Silicone Phone Wallet
- (In Tote Bag) Co-Branded Cards
- Co-branded Enamel Metal Key Ring (in some tote bags but not all)
- “GOAT” Prize: NBA x Revolut full size basketballs or NBA €100 vouchers
To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Promotion Terms (see “Who is eligible for this Promotion?”) and complete the steps set out in the Revolut on-site booth situated in the Uber Arena (Uber Platz 1, 10243 Berlin, Germany) during the opening and game hours - see here.
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and, if you are a Revolut customer, the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have a residential address in Germany;
- Be present with a valid ticket under your legal name to access the Uber Arena (Uber Platz 1, 10243 Berlin, Germany) on Thursday 15th January from 18:30 - 22:00 CET;
- be able to show proof of age, residency and your ticket to NBA or Revolut officials when prompted to do so; and
- accept these Promotion Terms before participating in the Promotion.
What are the rules for the competition?
Each Eligible Participant taking part in the Promotion has 5 seconds to throw 3 basketballs in the Revolut branded court to score one or several goals.
A goal is scored each time the ball is thrown by the Eligible Participant from the ground into the basket (or rests on the edge of the basket without falling). Balls that were not thrown within the time granted in the above paragraph – or that were thrown by or with the assistance of any other person than the Eligible Participant – are not considered goals.
Eligible Participants will be awarded one of the Prizes depending on the number of goals they have scored:
- 1 goal: Rookie Prize -NBA x Revolut Enamel Metal Key Ring;
- 2 goals: All Star Prize - NBA x Revolut Canvas Tote Bag which houses the following: Co-branded Wireless Power Bank, Co-branded Slim Silicone Phone Wallet, Co-Branded Cards, Co-branded Enamel Metal Key Ring (in some tote bags but not all)
- 3 goals: GOAT Prize - NBA x Revolut full size basketball or NBA €100 voucher (selected randomly)
One of the Revolut brand ambassadors will hand-over one of the Prizes on-site to the winners.
The Prizes are available in limited quantities. If one or more of the Prizes are exhausted, you will be informed before you can participate in the game. If you agree to participate regardless, there will be no replacement prize if the prize you win is already exhausted (this means that you will not win any of the Prizes and you will not be entitled to compensation).
Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding.
What other legal information should I know?
1. This promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB, Zweigniederlassung Deutschland, with the registered address FORA Linden Palais, Unter den Linden 40, 10117 Berlin, Germany. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with Revolut Bank UAB, Zweigniederlassung Deutschland. The law that applies to these Promotion Terms is German law and the Courts of Germany have jurisdiction.
2. These terms are published in German. Any translations are for convenience only. In legal matters, the German version applies.
3. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”).
4. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
5. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give Revolut customers notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.
6. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
7. We may decide not to grant you the Prizes if any of the following applies before we are due to give your the Prizes:
a) we become aware that you are not or are no longer an Eligible Participant;
b) you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
c) you breach the Promotion Terms.
8. Employees of NBA Entities, including directors, contractors, affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.
9. Revolut may process your personal data as a result of the Promotion for the purposes of executing these Promotional Terms, including but not limited to confirming your eligibility for Promotion and complying with applicable legal requirements. If you are a Revolut Personal account holder, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.
10. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an Eligible Participant who purchases a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s through the Pre-Sale Ticket Access and/or participation in this Promotion.
11. If you are a winner, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the Promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA otherwise). You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs.
