Revolut x NBA Playoffs Tickets Giveaway

What is this promotion about?

Revolut is offering its prospective Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain (the Eligible Markets) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x NBA Games 2026 (the Promotion).

The Promotion allows Eligible Participants to:

• sign up to Revolut for the first time and receive £20 for customers in United Kingdom or EUR 20 for customers in Germany or Spain credited to their account (the New Customer Offer); and

• be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win 2x tickets to an NBA Playoffs game (the value of each individual ticket is USD 500-600) plus £2,000 for customers in the United Kingdom or EUR 2,000 for customers in Germany, France or Spain (together, the Prize).

To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the Required Steps set out below between (00:00 UTC) 13 April 2026 and (23.59 UTC) 19 April 2026 (the Promotion Period).

These terms and conditions (the Promotion Terms) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be eligible for this promotion you must:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
• be at least 18 years old.

How do I participate in the Promotion?

To participate in the Promotion you must complete the below Required Steps:

• Click on the Promotion unique link provided on the NBA’s website, app, or social media, and as provided by the NBA’s affiliates primarily through banners on their websites, or on any other marketing promotion (including influencers social media channels);
• Successfully open a Revolut Personal account through that link; and
• Complete a first genuine card transaction of at least £20 for customers in the United Kingdom or EUR 20 for customers in Germany or Spain, EUR 0.01 for customers in France.

If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in the Promotion.

Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine).

The Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit the New Customer Offer to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of the required card payment successfully completing.

How does the prize draw work?

Within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we will include the Revolut usernames of all eligible participants who have completed the Required Steps to earn the New Customer Offer, in the prize draw, and we will randomly select one winner for the Prize.

If you are the winner, we will notify you via email (to the email address registered to your Personal account). You will have 48 hours from the time we initially reach out to you to accept the Prize. If you do not respond within this time, we will randomly select another eligible participant from the prize draw to be the winner.

If we contact you to tell you have won but within 48 hours of contacting you we realise that you no longer meet the criteria to be considered an eligible participant, we will be unable to award you with the Prize, and we will randomly select another eligible participant from the prize draw to be the winner.

What other legal information should I know?

1. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the NBA), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the NBA Entities).

2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances which may make it impossible to continue running the Promotion as planned. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion. We will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of our control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

4. We may decide not to grant you the Prize or the New Customer Offer if any of the following applies before we are due to send it to you:

• we become aware you are no longer an eligible participant and/or your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

5. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, we may reverse the New Customer Offer (we will consider the reversal to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you) if any of the following applies:

• the relevant card payment was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. The date and location of the NBA Playoffs game will be aligned with the winner based on NBA options, depending on which teams qualify. The tickets are for a match of the first or second round of the NBA Playoffs to be held in the US. Revolut will offer a maximum of 3 options. If none of them are suitable for you and you cannot attend any of the offered NBA Playoffs games, the tickets will be forfeit and you will only receive the cash part of the Prize.

7. You are only entitled to the Prize itself - you cannot ask us to provide you with the monetary value of the NBA tickets or ask us to exchange them for another product.

8. You are solely responsible for all travel arrangements and logistics associated with the redemption of the Prize. This includes, but is not limited to, the procurement of valid passports and any required visas or entry permits. All costs incurred in connection with the Prize, including travel to and from the venue, visa application fees, and personal expenses, are the exclusive responsibility of the winner.

9. Revolut shall not be held liable, and no compensation or Prize substitution will be provided, in the event that you are unable to utilise the NBA Playoffs tickets part of the Prize due to:

• Failure to obtain a required visa or travel authorisation in a timely manner.
• Ineligibility to travel under the laws of the departure or destination country.
• Loss of travel documents or failure to meet boarding requirements.

Revolut’s obligation is limited strictly to the provision of the NBA Playoffs tickets as described, and Revolut is not responsible for any wasted costs or frustration of purpose resulting from your inability to travel.

10. Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the NBA Games 2026. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to these partners.

11. Employees of NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

12. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an Eligible Participant who receives a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s and/or participation in this Promotion.

13. If you are a winner, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the Promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose. You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs. You can let us know at any time if you no longer accept that NBA may use such video recordings or photographs by sending an e-mail to hospitalityevents@revolut.com

14. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice.

15. If you are resident of Spain: Please note that any payment or prize under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments or prizes, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received or the full amount of the prize, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account practiced. The total amount of the payment/prize will be the amount communicated in the promotion invitation received in the app plus the amount of tax that we are obliged to withhold. A 19% income tax withholding is made on this amount, which results in the net amount paid.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entities that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion.
