What is this promotion about?

What: the chance to enter a prize draw in the Revolut x NBA Games 2026 Fan zone and win one of the following prizes:

1. 10% NBA League Pass
2. 15% NBA official merchandise
3. 2x tickets to the NBA Play-Offs + $1,000 spending money.
4. 2x tickets to the NBA Regular Games + $1,000 spending money.

(together, the Prizes).

Who: attendees of the Revolut on-site booth (the Revolut Booth) situated at the NBA Game at (Uber Platz 1, 10243 Berlin, Germany)

When: the promotion will be on 15 January 2026 (18:00 - 22:00 CET) (the Promotion Period).

These terms and conditions (the PromotionTerms) set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this promotion.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered eligible for this promotion, you must:

• Have a Revolut account;
• have a residential address in Germany;
• be at least 18 years old;
• have a ticket to access the Uber Arena on the following dates and times:

Uber Arena: Thursday, January 15th, 18:00 - 22:00 CET

• be able to show proof of age, German residency and that you have a Revolut account (through your Revtag or physical/digital card) to a Revolut brand ambassador at the Revolut Booth; and
• accept these Promotion Terms before participating in the Promotion.

How do I play?

If you are a Revolut customer a Brand Ambassador will hand you a token which you can insert into the gameball machine, twist the control and a ball will drop down. Inside this ball you will find a printed ticket with details of your prize.

You will redeem your prize by showing this ticket to the Brand Ambassador next to the machine.

• 10% NBA League Pass - you will be handed a printed voucher to redeem your NBA league pass at NBA.com;
• 15% NBA official merchandise - you will be handed a printed voucher with a discount code to redeem at NBA.com ;
• 2x tickets to the NBA Play-Offs + $1,000 spending money. A brand ambassador will collect your email address, you will be contacted by Revolut to redeem your prize. The two tickets will be emailed to you for (x game, x date), and the 1,000USD will be transferred to your Revolut account;
• 2x tickets to the NBA Regular Games + $1,000 spending money. A brand ambassador will collect your email address, you will be contacted by Revolut to redeem your prize. The two tickets will be emailed to you for (x game, x date), and the 1,000USD will be transferred to your Revolut account.

The Prizes are available in limited quantities. Should any Prize run out, we will inform you before you participate in the Competition. If you choose to play anyway, and you win an exhausted Prize, an alternative Prize may be offered, although this will be subject to availability.

Our decisions on how to run and manage the promotion are binding.

What other legal information should I know?

1. This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion. You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and laws of the country where you live.

2. These terms are published in German. Any translations are for convenience only. In legal matters, the German version applies.

3. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the NBA), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the NBA Entities).

4. We may change, suspend or end the promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

5. If we need to change, suspend or end the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give Revolut customers notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the promotion.

6. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

7. We may decide not to grant you a Prize if any of the following applies before you are due to receive your the Prize:

a) we become aware that you are not or are no longer eligible;

b) you engage in fraud or material abuse of this promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or

c) you breach the Promotion Terms and/or, if you are a Revolut customer, the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

8. Employees of NBA Entities, including directors, contractors, affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this promotion.

9. Revolut may process your personal data as a result of the Promotion for the purposes of executing these Promotional Terms, including but not limited to confirming your eligibility for the Promotion and complying with applicable legal requirements. We may process your personal data as part of this promotion in accordance with the Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.

10. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an Eligible Participant who purchases a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s through the Pre-Sale Ticket Access and/or participation in this Promotion.

11. If you are a winner, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the Promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA otherwise). You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs.
