What is the Promotion about?
Revolut is offering selected customers residing in Germany the opportunity to receive free RevPoints (the “Promotion Offer”) if they fulfil a specified action (the “Promotion Requirement”) within a designated period of time (the “Promotion Period”).
The specific Promotion Requirement, the Promotion Period, and the exact amount of RevPoints you will receive as your Promotion Offer will all be clearly displayed in the Promotion communication via email, push, inbox, tile or product articles (the “Promotion Invitation”) before you decide to take part in the promotion.
These terms and conditions along with the Promotion Invitation inviting you to participate in this Promotion (together the “PromotionTerms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. When participating in this Promotion, you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as:
- The terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account; and
- The RevPoints terms and conditions.
To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the Promotion Requirement set out in the Promotion Invitation before the end of the Promotion Period.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be considered an “EligibleParticipant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “EligibilityCriteria”:
- have been successfully onboarded as a Revolut customer (this means you must have passed our Know Your Customer checks and have no restrictions on your account);
- have a residential address in Germany ;
- be or become a customer of the German branch of Revolut (Revolut Bank UAB, Zweigniederlassung Deutschland);
- have received the Promotion Invitation to participate in the promotion; and
- have accepted the terms and conditions for participating in the RevPoints program; and
- take part in the RevPoints program during the Promotion Period.
How do I receive my RevPoints?
If you are an Eligible Participant, you have to fulfil the Promotion Requirement that will be clearly outlined in the Promotion Invitation.
The free RevPoints will be applied to your RevPoints account within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
What other legal information should I know?
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through an email, push notification and/or in-app Inbox message. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- If there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception), we may cancel your participation in the promotion immediately and reverse any RevPoints you received as per the RevPoints terms and conditions.
- If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we grant you your RevPoints, you will lose your entitlement to them.
- Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice .
- These terms are published in German and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The German language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The German version shall be used in any legal proceedings.

If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. The law that applies to these Promotion Terms is German Law, and the competent courts of Germany have jurisdiction.
