Mobile Plan ChatGPT Exclusive Benefit T&Cs (Germany)

A. This Exclusive Benefit gives you access to a ChatGPT Go subscription for a 6 month period if you have an active Mobile Plan (the Subscription). The Subscription is not available where you’re already entitled to an equal or superior ChatGPT subscription through your Revolut Paid Plan.

B. The Subscription automatically renews at the standard ChatGPT Go rate on a monthly basis unless you cancel. If you no longer wish to continue with the Subscription after the 6 month promotion, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your first billing date to which the 6 month promotional trial does not apply.

C. In order to redeem the subscription, you must follow the steps set out below:

a. Go to the Mobile Plans section of the Revolut app.

b. Navigate to plan details and select the ChatGPT subscription.

c. Click on "ChatGPT" then “Redeem my pass” and you will be redirected to a ChatGPT landing page.

d. From the ChatGPT landing page, create a new profile or log in to your existing account.

e. Click on the prompt "Claim free offer" on ChatGPT’s page once logged in.

f. If you have an existing ChatGPT subscription billed directly with OpenAI:

If ChatGPT Go is a higher tier than your current subscription, your new ChatGPT Go subscription will start immediately.

If ChatGPT Go is the same tier or a downgrade, your new subscription will start at the end of your current billing cycle.

g. If you purchased your existing ChatGPT subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Pay, you must cancel your existing subscription first before activating your new ChatGPT Go subscription via Revolut.

h. At checkout, confirm the offer is reflected before completing the purchase. If it does not show the expected price, do not complete the purchase and contact OpenAI customer support with screenshots.

D. The subscription will start as soon as you redeem it and is valid for as long as you retain your Revolut Mobile Plan. You are allocated one subscription of ChatGPT Go. Therefore, if you choose to cancel your Mobile Plan and subsequently purchase a Mobile Plan again, you will not be granted a new or replacement promotional code for the Subscription.

E. If your Mobile Plan is cancelled, your subscription will terminate within 30 days of your account being closed or restricted.

F. The subscription is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products with Revolut or OpenAI.

G. It is strictly prohibited to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the ChatGPT services, ChatGPT subscription, and/or OpenAI account in any way.

H. The subscription is for personal use by eligible Mobile Plan users only. The subscription is available to Mobile Plan users in certain markets, and if it is not shown to you in the App, it is not available to you.

J. In the event that the Partner URL does not work, please reach out to Revolut Support. For any other issues in relation to your subscription, please refer to OpenAI's customer service team at support@openai.com or on their help center.

K. Revolut may amend or discontinue the provision of Exclusive Benefits in the event of:

a. termination or modification of cooperation with the partner providing the relevant Exclusive Benefit,

b. changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements affecting the provision of the Benefit,

c. technical, security, or organisational changes that make it impossible to continue providing the Benefit in its current form

L. You will be notified of any such change or discontinuation at least one (1) month in advance. If you don’t accept the change, you may terminate your Mobile Plan free of charge, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period.
