Revolut x NBA On-court Tic Tac Toe Promotion 2026

What is this promotion about?

Revolut is offering an exclusive opportunity to Eligible Participants (see “Who is eligible for this Promotion?” below) to take part in the Revolut x NBA Games 2026 On-court Promotion (the “Promotion”) for a chance to be selected to participate in a competition to potentially win 5,000€ (the “Prize”).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and, if you are a Revolut customer, the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• have a residential address in Germany;
• be at least 18 years of age;
• be present with a valid ticket under your legal name at the NBA Berlin Game happening on the 15th January 2026 at the Uber Arena: Uber Platz 1, 10243 Berlin, Germany for the competition;
• be able to show proof of age, residency and your ticket to NBA or Revolut officials when prompted to do so; and
• accept these Promotion Terms before participating in the Promotion.

For the winner to be eligible to receive the Prize, they need to:

• fill out a paper registration form with their name, surname, phone number and email address; and
• already have an active unrestricted Revolut Personal account or open a Revolut Personal account within 5 business days of the date of the event. The Revolut Personal account is considered opened once the steps for opening a Revolut Personal account have been completed and Revolut’s Know Your Customer checks (“KYC”) have been passed without account restrictions.

You must own an operational Revolut Personal account to receive the Prize. Failure to have or successfully open a Revolut Personal account within 5 business days of the date of the event will result in the forfeiture of your Prize. You will not be entitled to any form of compensation.

What are the rules for the competition?

Tic Tac Toe Challenge: the NBA will randomly select two Eligible Participants in the NBA Berlin Game (15th January 2026 ) to participate in this challenge. Selected Eligible Participants will play a game of Tic Tac Toe using Revolut Card cardboards on a 3x3 grid. The first Eligible Participant to align 3 cards, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally will win the game and the Prize. In case no Eligible Participant manages to align three cards, the Prize will be awarded to the Eligible Participant with the most cards on the grid.

The Prize will be credited to the Revolut Personal account linked to the information in your registration form within 10 business days from (i) the day of the competition or (ii) the day on which your Revolut Personal account was successfully opened at Revolut (whichever is earlier). If you provide us with incorrect or missing information and if we send the Prize to an incorrect Revolut Personal account (or are unable to send the Prize to the correct account), you will lose any rights to the Prize (without any form of compensation).

Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding.

What other legal information should I know?

1. This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion.

You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and laws of the country where you live.

2. These terms are published in German. Any translations are for convenience only. In legal matters, the German version applies.

3. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBAEntities”).

4. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

5. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give Revolut customers notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.

6. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

7. We may decide not to credit your Revolut Personal account with the Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to credit your account:

a) we become aware you are no longer (or never were) an Eligible Participant;

b) your Revolut Personal account is or becomes suspended or restricted;

c) you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or

d) you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

8. Employees of NBA Entities, including directors, contractors, affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

9. Revolut may process your personal data as a result of the Promotion for the purposes of executing these Promotional Terms, including but not limited to confirming your eligibility for the Promotion and complying with applicable legal requirements.If you have any questions about your personal data processing, please reach out to dpo@revolut.com.

10. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an Eligible Participant who purchases a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s through the Pre-Sale Ticket Access and/or participation in this Promotion.

11. If you are a winner, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the Promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA otherwise). You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs.
