My phone has been lost or stolen
Your Revolut card will still function even without your smartphone. You will still be able to make card payments and withdraw cash, and even top-up your account via bank transfer.
However, we recommend that you download the Revolut app on your new smartphone, enter your phone number (associated with your Revolut account) and follow the account access recovery flow in order to link a new phone number to your Revolut account. If you don't manage to complete all the verification steps, our chat support team is available to help you recover access to your account.
