I lost access to my phone number

If you've changed your phone number, follow these steps:

  • tap 'Lost access to my number' in the app
  • enter your old phone number and passcode
  • provide a new phone number and answer security questions and/or provide a selfie with your ID

If you fail the verification process more than three times, you'll be directed to the in-app chat support. Our support agents are always happy to help you.
