I have not received my reward for the Referral Campaign. Why?

Make sure the person you invited has completed all of these steps before the deadline for your campaign.

For the previously running campaign, a friend you invited had to complete all steps before 15th March 2021.

For the currently ongoing campaign, the following steps need to be completed before 12th April:

  • signing-up using a promo campaign link, 
  • verifying the identity,
  • adding money by debit card or a bank transfer. Please note: internal transfers do not count
  • ordering a physical Revolut card, and 
  • making 3 card payments (can be using a virtual card while they wait for their physical one). 

These card payments do not have to be completed; they can be in pending state. If your friend has performed all the above steps, a reward should already be assigned to your Revolut account.
