Why did my Easy Bank Transfer with Commerzbank fail?
Your Easy Bank Transfer with Commerzbank could've failed for any of the following reasons:
- Insufficient balance in your Commerzbank account.
- The authorization flow wasn't completed.
- Your top-up amount is more than your Commerzbank account's foreign transfer limit. Please log in to your Commerzbank account and increase the foreign payments transfer limit. To do this, you just have to:
- Log in to your Commerzbank account from your desktop.
- Go to 'My online banking'.
- Head to 'Forms & Applications' and select 'More'.
- Select 'Change transaction limit for transactions'.
- Go to 'Change limit for' and select 'International transfer only'.
- Input your new foreign payments limit.
- Confirm the changes with your photoTAN-app.
