How can we help?

Where can I find my local account details?

As an EU-based user, you have access to local GBP account details. To access these, head to the Home screen > Accounts tab > select British Pound > tap on the British flag to see your GBP account details (make sure you’re looking at the ‘Local’ tab). Your local GBP Account details will consist of sort code and account number.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Revolut app.

You also have access to local EUR account details, for transfers within the EU (in SEPA area). To access these, head to the Home screen > Accounts tab > select Euro > tap on the EU flag to see your EUR local account details (make sure you’re looking at the ‘Local’ tab). Your local EUR Account details will consist of BIC and IBAN.

In addition to that, as a Czech/Slovak user, you have access to CZK local pooled account, for domestic top-ups in CZK only. Head to the Home screen > Accounts tab > select Czech Koruna > tap on the Czech flag to see your CZK account details (make sure you’re looking at the ‘Local’ tab). Your local CZK account details consist of an account number, a bank code and a unique wallet reference. This reference is critical to receive your funds correctly. Please make sure that the sender knows this reference and includes it while sending the payment, otherwise the transfer will be auto-returned/rejected. The beneficiary name is always REVOLUT LTD. Make sure that the sender enters this value as beneficiary name, and that all other details such as bank and branch name or code match exactly when making a transfer.
