What is the Expense Management tool for?

In short, this tool allows you to categorise, justify and process card expenses. This is achieved by several features:

1) Revolut Business mobile app: your team members who have a corporate card will be able to easily snap a picture of the receipt, add a category and description. We also automatically notify users if they forget to justify an expense.

2) Revolut Business web app: business administrators can see expenses in real-time, track their status and easily review them. They can then either Accept or Reject them, which will trigger a refund request.

3) Export: You can setup the Expenses tool to be fully integrated with Xero. In this case, we will import your chart of accounts and tax rates and automatically export completed expenses. Otherwise, you can manually export a CSV files containing all the completed expenses data.
