At any time, if you would like to export a CSV file containing all the completed expenses data, you can do so by clicking on the 'Export' button in the Completed' tab of Expenses.
You will need to select the month you wish to export, and have the option to exclude pending transactions. Only Completed expenses can be exported, and all timestamps are in UTC.
If you have Xero integration set up, the expenses that are 'Completed' will be syncronised to Xero periodically. If you would like to check the last sync date and time, navigate to the 'Settings' tab.
