My contactless is not working

If you’ve just received your business card, you’ll need to activate contactless by making an initial chip&PIN payment. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

Please double check that the terminal you’re paying at supports contactless payments. It’s also worth having a look in the Settings tab for your card to make sure that contactless payments are enabled.

If your physical card has been damaged or has worn out, you can order a replacement in the Cards tab. Your new card should arrive in up to 9 working days, or 3 days for express delivery.
