My card has been lost or stolen

Please head to the Cards tab in the web app, click on the relevant card and open Settings. You should block your card straight away to protect your funds from fraudulent payments.

You can also block your card from the mobile app, by tapping on your card and then "Report as lost or stolen".

You can order a replacement card right away via express delivery if you need it quickly. Express delivery usually takes up to 3 working days depending on the country. A replacement fee might apply, please contact support to get more details.

If you don’t have access to the business account or mobile app, you can also block your card by calling our automated phone line: +44 2033 228 352.

If you believe your card may have been used fraudulently, please contact our support team so we can help.
