About the role

The Financial Crime Operations department is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Those agents work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting edge technology, we aim to prevent financial crime in a way the banking world hasn’t seen so far 💫

We’re looking for a super skilled Team Lead to make sure our Analysts are operating at the best quality performance 📣 A solution-oriented individual who will handle customer and agent issues and look to resolve them. What you’ll be doing

• Meeting company SLAs
• Performing effective people management (one-to-ones, coaching, career development)
• Assisting management with hiring processes and new team member training
• Daily/weekly controlling and monitoring of the operations (timely reaction on different situations)
• Performing deep dives on SLAs and providing RCA/trends/actions for their improvement
• Challenging processes/procedures in context of continuous improvement
• Acting as point of contact for any internal and external escalation

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1)
• 1+ year of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs
• The ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects at once, and meeting tight deadlines
• The ability to communicate positively and efficiently with members of various internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators
• Demonstrated sound judgement

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in AML/Compliance or card disputes
• Familiarity with AML and sanctions regulations (JMLSG, ML regulations, OFAC, POCA, etc.)
• A strong understanding of the interplay between legal and business risk
• Practical knowledge of SQL

Compensation range

• Vilnius: €2,800 - €4,300 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €2,800 - €4,300 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
