The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and it's a very important part of the business 🚀

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who’ll advise Revolut on compliance and legal issues around our financial products 📣
An expert in consumer credit and financial regulations, who excels at leadership yet dares to undertake a hands-on role when needed.

What you’ll be doing
- Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products (primarily crypto, but also payment, banking, and data protection)
- Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
- Working with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver solutions that are compliant with MiCA, FinProms, and other regulatory requirements
- Helping to expand Revolut’s products and managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
- Proactively engaging and working with local regulators
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of PQE experience
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials
- Experience advising on financial regulations and advising clients in MiCA
- Expertise in crypto products
- Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
