Welcome to the Prismatic Special Edition Card Promotion (the “Promotion”), offered by Revolut Bank Australia (ABN 21 634 823 180) (“Revolut”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
The terms and conditions of the Promotion are set out below (the “Terms”). These Terms apply in addition to the other terms and conditions that apply to you as a customer of Revolut, including the Personal Terms, Fees and Charges Section, the Paid Plan Terms, and the Personalised & Special Edition Card Terms.
Promotion Period
The Promotion starts on 10 September 2026 and is active until the available supply of Prismatic Special Edition Cards (“Prismatic Card”) have been exhausted (the “Promotion Period”).
What is the Promotion?
The Promotion is an opportunity for Eligible Customers on any Revolut Plan to purchase a Prismatic Card. Eligible Customers are able to purchase a Prismatic Card within the ‘Cards’ tab of the app.
The Prismatic Card has a fee of AUD$99.99 (the “Card Fee”).
The Prismatic Card has no standard delivery fees. A card delivery fee will only be charged for express delivery (unless you are a Premium, Metal or Ultra user as these plans include express delivery at no additional cost). Any applicable express delivery fee will be displayed in the app before you order.
The Prismatic Card will not be eligible for purchase once the allocated amount has been exhausted, at which time the Promotion Period will end.
Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?
In order to participate in the Promotion you must be an Eligible Customer of Revolut.
An “Eligible Customer” is defined as a customer that has:
- downloaded the Revolut app;
- an active Revolut account;
- passed Revolut’s ‘Know Your Customer’ checks and been onboarded; and
- not previously closed a Revolut account or had an account become suspended or restricted.
How do I order my Prismatic Card?
To order a Prismatic Card, an Eligible Customer must follow the below steps:
- update to the latest version of the Revolut app (iOS or Android);
- head to the “Cards” tab found on the “Home” landing page;
- tap “+ Add New”;
- select “Physical Card”;
- select the Prismatic Card;
- pay the Card Fee and express delivery fee (if one applies); and
- place an order for the Prismatic Card.
What else should I know?
Revolut reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, terminate and/or supplement these Terms from time to time if necessary to protect our legitimate interests. If we exercise this right in a way that is detrimental to you in your capacity as an Eligible Customer, we will provide you with:
- reasonable notice where possible; and
- if applicable, the opportunity to close or downgrade your Revolut account at no cost.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take reasonable actions in the circumstances.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms can be dealt with by the Courts of the State of Victoria.
