Business Consents
You agree to the following:
- Electronic communication: You consent to all notices and communications being sent to you electronically, including through your nominated email address, Business app or the portal.
- Sensitive information: You consent to us collecting your sensitive information (such as racial information, biometric templates or information, or health information if you tell us you are experiencing financial difficulties) to identify you and facilitate the operation of the Revolut Business Account and our connected services.
- Third party information: If you have provided us with the information of another person, you will make our Privacy Policy available to that person.
- Marketing and promotion: You consent to us sending you marketing offers and promotions in the Business app, the portal or by email, text or post from time to time. You may opt-out or adjust your marketing preferences at any time.
- Disclosing your personal information to others: You consent to our disclosure of your personal information with any person connected to the Revolut Business Account (including the Business and any Authorised Persons) and relevant third parties to facilitate the operation of the Revolut Business Account and our connected services.
