The nominated individual is authorised to act on behalf of the Company in all matters relating to the Company’s account provided by RPA, including but not limited to:
- do all things and sign all documents on behalf of the Company (including entering into agreements and giving consents), which we agree will be legally binding on the Company;
- applying for, opening and closing the account;
- to the extent permitted by law, acting as the sole point of contact to provide instructions to RPA and receive communications from RPA through the Business app, the portal or by email;
- making transactions in and out of the account, up to the credit balance of the account;
- providing instructions to RPA to establish any of the products or services available to the Company;
- appointing, limiting and revoking Authorised Persons;
- obtaining and viewing all information relating to the account, including information about Authorised Persons; and
- notifying and interacting with RPA on behalf of the Company, including raising complaints and notifying RPA about disputes within the Company (including with Authorised Persons) that may affect the account.
