Airport Fast Track Pass Terms and Conditions

1. Why is this information important?

This document sets out the terms and conditions (the "Terms”) for the Airport Security Fast Track Pass feature (“ASFT Pass”) purchased through the Revolut app and governs the relationship between you and Revolut Payments Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 21 634 823 180) (“Revolut”, “we”, “our” or “us”) in relation to ASFT Passes.


These Terms apply in addition to any other terms and conditions that apply to you as a customer of Revolut, including the Personal Terms, the Fees and Charges Section, and the Paid Plan Terms.


ASFT Passes are provided by DragonPass International Limited (“DragonPass”).


2. Who can purchase and use ASFT Passes?

Users on all Plans can use the Revolut app to search for and access ASFT Passes in selected airport terminals offering security fast track lanes (“Participating Outlets"). ASFT Passes can be purchased up to 6 months prior.


You can buy multiple ASFT Passes for yourself and for your guests which may be subject to limits. When purchasing an ASFT Pass, you will be asked to input the name of the person who will be using it. The name cannot be changed once the purchase has been finalised. ASFT Passes are not transferable. The person named on the ASFT Pass must show proof of identification (i.e Passport) along with a valid same-day boarding pass which matches the name of the person on the ASFT Pass.


Children travelling with you might be able to access fast track security lanes at Participating Outlets free of charge, as shown within the app. Children under 1 year old will always be free of charge.


A single ASFT Pass is valid for one use for one person, on the chosen date and time of travel, within the 30-minute slot you select within the app. The ASFT Pass will be available within the app at least 3 hours prior to the selected time slot.


3. How much does an ASFT Pass cost?

ASFT Passes purchased through the Revolut app are supplied by DragonPass at the price displayed on the day of purchase. Depending on your plan, a discount may apply. We will always show you the price of an ASFT Pass within the app before you make your purchase.


4. What happens if I cancel or downgrade my Revolut plan?

Depending on your plan you may receive a discount on your ASFT Pass. If you purchase and use an ASFT Pass using a discount and then cancel or downgrade within the first 14 days of your Paid Plan subscription, we will charge you the difference between the discount you received and the price of the ASFT Pass under your downgraded plan.


Any unused discounted ASFT Passes will be transferred to your new plan at no extra cost.


Termination of your Revolut account will cancel any active ASFT Passes.


5. Can I get a refund for unused ASFT Passes?

Prior to your in-app purchase, you will be shown if the Participating Outlets allows free cancellation and the applicable time to request this. If you fail to cancel your ASFT Pass within the specified timeframe (or the Participating Outlet does not allow for cancellation), you will not be entitled to a refund.


You will also not be entitled to a refund if you breach these Terms, DragonPass’ terms or the terms of any Participating Outlet.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Any ASFT Pass you purchase from DragonPass is subject to their applicable terms and conditions. If you have any issues or questions about the ASFT Pass, or the services, you should raise them with DragonPass directly.


However, to the extent that you acquire services from us as a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the “Australian Consumer Law”), you have certain rights and remedies (including consumer guarantee rights) that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (including the Terms).


Nothing in the agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any such rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.


To the extent that the Australian Consumer Law permits us to limit our liability, then our liability is limited to in the case of services, supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.


7. Data Protection

By using the ASFT Pass feature, you acknowledge and agree that we will share your personal information with DragonPass to facilitate the provision of ASFT Passes to you. Your personal information (such as your name and passport details) will be shared as necessary.

8. Some other legal bits and pieces

Changes and amendments

Revolut reserves the right to change, modify and/or supplement these Terms, and to modify, cancel or suspend the availability of the ASFT Passes feature at its sole discretion at any time. If we do this we will try to give you advance notice.


We will provide you with notice should we make any changes to these Terms. Where a change is significant or has a negative impact on you, we will provide you with 30 days advance notice to the extent possible.


Revolut will not be liable for any loss whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of purchasing or using an ASFT Pass (including issues relating to a Participating Outlet or the services provided by DragonPass).


If you close your Revolut account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before you use the ASFT Pass, then you will no longer be entitled to use the ASFT Pass and you agree the ASFT Pass will be lost.


DragonPass's Terms of Use

AFST Passes are provided by DragonPass. You purchase ASFT Passes directly from DragonPass and payment is facilitated through the app. By purchasing an ASFT Pass you are subject to DragonPass’s conditions of use which can be accessed here. The terms of each Participating Outlet offering security fast track lanes also apply. You can find a list of Participating Outlets and view their associated cancellation and advance booking policies in the app.


Complaints and Disputes

You’ll need to tell us:

  • your name;
  • the phone number and email address associated with your account;
  • when the problem arose; and
  • how you’d like us to put the matter right.


We are not responsible for the operation of ASFT Passes. If you have any complaints about ASFT Passes not functioning or your experience using an ASFT Pass at a Participating Outlet, you should contact DragonPass. To the extent permitted by law, Revolut is not liable for any disputes or claims that may occur between you and DragonPass.


Applicable Law

The laws of the State of Victoria, Australia apply to this agreement.
