Revolut Business Free Trial and Discount - Benelux

What is the promotion about?

• What: receive for a limited period of time one of Revolut business paid plans with no subscription fee (the “Free Trial”) and/or buy payment acceptance devices at a discounted price (the “Hardware Discount”).
• Who: existing or prospective Revolut Business customers (you or your) in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (together, the “Markets” and each a “Market”).
• When: the promotion will be available only for the time period specified in the Affiliate Promotional Content (see definition below) or on the Revolut website page linked in the Affiliate Promotional Content (the “Landing page”).

For the purpose of these Promotion Terms, “Affiliate” means a company that provides advertising, financial, accounting and funding services, and would commonly include social media platforms, comparison websites, company formations, accounting firms, influencers, ad networks, legal firms and founders groups.

This promotion will be offered to existing or prospective Revolut Business customers that access the “Affiliate Promotional Content”, through which the Promotion will be marketed.

These terms and conditions and this promotion’s Landing page set out how this promotion works. You must comply with these terms and conditions, the terms of your Revolut Business account, and the Fees Page relevant to your offered subscription plan to participate in this promotion.

To participate in this promotion, you must complete the required steps below before the end of the Promotion Period displayed on the Landing Page.

The Promotion may be available for any of our Business Paid plans. The Landing page or the Affiliate Promotional Content will tell you which plan is subject to the Free Trial.

Eligibility and required steps

To be eligible for both the Free Trial and the Hardware Discount you must:

• have a registered address in a Market;
• have received or have access to a unique link for the Promotion - this will be included in Affiliate Promotional Content.

To be eligible for the Free Trial you need to be new to Revolut Business. However, if you are a freelancer and your only account is a Revolut Personal account, with or without Revolut Pro enabled, you can still take part in this Promotion.

To be eligible for the Hardware Discount you need to successfully open/have an active Revolut Business account and Merchant account with no restrictions.

The required steps to obtain the Free Trial are:

• Open an account. Click on the unique promotion link provided by the Affiliate Promotional Content. This link will redirect you to Revolut’s website where you can begin the sign up flow;
• Complete our Know Your Business (“KYB”) checks before the end of the Promotion Period and be successfully onboarded to Revolut Business with no restrictions on your account

You must complete the above steps before the end of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the Free Trial.

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of the Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Business account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

The required step to obtain the Hardware Discount is:

• Purchase a Revolut Terminal in the Revolut Shop section within Revolut Business app.

How do I start the Free Trial?

Your Free Trial will start as soon as you complete the Required Steps mentioned above and accept the Free Trial. You must accept your Free Trial before the end of the Promotion Period.

We will not charge you for the period of time included in your Free Trial. You have the right to downgrade or cancel your subscription and close your account at any time during the Free Trial (your “Grace Period”).

If the plan offered for the Free Trial is not Basic: if you want to downgrade to another plan, you will not be charged a fee as long as you ask us to downgrade before the end of the Grace Period. This is in line with our Business Fees Terms, available here. If you submit your downgrade request close to the end of the Free Trial, you may still be automatically charged for your chosen subscription plan (however, we will refund those fees on your Revolut Business account within one week of us processing your downgrade request).

If you order a Metal card and downgrade, you may need to pay for it: if you decide to downgrade to a plan with fewer complementary Metal cards within the next 3 months, you’ll be charged for any extra Metal cards ordered on the higher plan.

Please refer to the fees page for your chosen subscription plan (Business Fees Pages) to see the fees associated with card delivery and Metal cards.

On the expiry of the Free Trial, you will remain on your chosen subscription unless you tell us otherwise, and normal cancellation and billing rules will apply (see the Business Terms and the Business Fees Page that applies to the Paid subscription plan for more information). You will be billed monthly or annually, depending on what you agreed to when you signed up for the plan.

How do I purchase my discounted Hardware?

Log in to your Revolut Business account, access the merchant section, and then the ‘In-store’ tab, where you will see the available devices to purchase. Discounted prices will be displayed in the Affiliate Promotional Content.

Add the device to your cart and proceed to checkout. Delivery fees and VAT will apply.

Legal bits and pieces

This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Business account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion.
