Support & FinCrime

Through daily interactions with customers, the Support teams are in the field representing Revolut every day. The FinCrime team is responsible for ensuring that Revolut’s products do not enable financial crime, and that any risks connected to financial crime are mitigated.

How we work

Spread across several offices in Europe, our Support team is responsible for daily interactions with customers, ensuring that any issues they may have with our products are resolved quickly, equitably, and professionally. Often strong linguists with great interpersonal skills, able to react empathetically and innovatively to solve customer issues.

How we collaborate

Revolut’s FinCrime team delivers due diligence checks on both new and existing customers, acting as a line of defence against any risks that may arise as a result of financial crime. They work closely as a team to support one another, knowledge sharing through the internal Wiki and Slack. It is their responsibility to report potential risk or compliance incidents arising as a result of customer activities. Regular check-ins with team leaders provide opportunities to discuss career paths and professional development.

The Services function works with different teams to provide customer feedback on areas which may need addressing from compliance, to product development.
