We are looking for an Insurance Manager to take charge of our insurance products and oversee its distribution services for Continental Europe, helping Revolut disrupt the space and launch innovative insurance products.

What you’ll be doing

• Working with cross-functional teams, from Tech to Product Owners, in executing the best insurance products for our users
• Helping different Product teams find the right insurance solution and distribute innovative insurance policies
• Assessing current market gaps and creating insurance solutions that address those needs or enhance our current offerings
• Taking charge of insurance products for dedicated markets
• Supporting Insurance across strategy, process improvement, product development, and launches to prepare Insurance for hyper-growth
• Engaging with wider Revolut teams, ensuring existing processes, resources, and insights are leveraged
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships, fostering them, and negotiating commercial terms
• Managing the underwriting process for Revolut’s insurance products
• Structuring, sourcing, and negotiating the best deals with underwriters
• Ensuring compliance with insurance distribution requirements in all EEA countries, including consumer protection
• Overseeing and supporting insurance distribution related services, including customer support, claims handling, contracts, etc.
• Tracking existing product performance and quality
• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry
• An Insurance Broker License in Lithuania and registration with the Chamber of Insurance Brokers, or a willingness to get an official insurance brokerage qualification
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English with excellent communication skills
• Professional understanding the digital insurance customer journey value chain.
• Experience in reviewing policies and coverage wordings
• Being a skilled negotiator and understanding how to secure the most advantageous deals.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and regulatory bodies
• A remarkable history of assuming responsibility and overseeing intricate projects from start to finish
• An understanding of the insurance underwriting process and what needs to be done to get a product on the market
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
• The ability to prioritise work well under pressure, and within tight deadlines
• Natural curiosity, will to make an impact, and entrepreneurial drive

Compensation range

• Lithuania: €3,800 - €5,800 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
