About the role
Encouraged to break new frontiers, Business Development at Revolut is at the front line of diversifying and increasing profit for the business as a whole These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams 🚀 Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a business perspective. Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary 💫

What you’ll be doing
- Building, managing, and growing new strategic partnerships and leverage existing and past partner relationships
- Reaching out to new partners, conducting presentations for prospective partners, negotiating and managing deals and agreements
- Onboarding partners and maximising the likelihood of a long term and beneficial partnership
- Owning forecasts and tracking named strategic partners metrics
- Communicating and reporting to Revolut’s Global Business Leadership Team and key C-level stakeholders progress of ongoing deals and forecast of future opportunities
What you'll need
- 8+ years experience in Business Development, driving B2B2C / D2C opportunities and exceeding targets
- 2+ years experience as high performing Team Leader, Head of Business Development or Country Manager role
- Experience within a tech/fintech company with distribution partnerships
- Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Lithuania: €4,800 - €5,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
