About the role

The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. We're looking for a People Partner to take on the role of a Global Learning Programme Manager and support the learning and development of our fast growing teams. A professional who'll take our L&D strategies to the next level. A data-oriented and results-driven expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and support others to do the same 🌱

What you’ll be doing

  • Being the architect behind comprehensive leadership training programmes, creating systems that empower managers to operate autonomously in a variety of management tasks
  • Designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning experiences in leadership or organisational development initiatives
  • Providing consultancy/diagnosis of training needs within the business, acting as the development expert, and delivering specific pieces of work globally
  • Proactively coaching and guiding on learning, development, career, and growth matters
  • Figuring out and demonstrating the real impact of learning in a data-driven environment and shaping solutions that scale
  • Helping to grow and develop an expanding team of people/function managers and leadership at all levels, so they’re equipped to face current and future challenges

What you'll need

  • Experience designing and implementing leadership training programmes
  • Experience in HR, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Capital consulting
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex information into accessible, user-centred content written in plain English
  • Experience building relationships and influencing across a matrix structure
  • Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to assess and prioritise business needs, determine performance and development gaps, and create and execute a learning strategy
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct needs analysis, interpret data, and advise key stakeholders on solution areas
  • In-depth understanding of talent development landscape and trends
  • Experience leading successful projects, working both autonomously and effectively with others
  • Passion for ideating, innovating, and challenging while constantly finding new and creative ways to engage learners
